Living in the Pacific Northwest means embracing the outdoors. It means weekend hikes through Forest Park, rainy morning dog walks along the Willamette River, and tracking life’s messy adventures right back across our doorsteps. Between the damp winter mud, heavy pet dander, and relentless spring pollen, keeping a home truly clean here can feel like a full-time job.

At Premier Central Vac, we believe that maintaining your living space shouldn’t be a source of daily frustration. A home should be a calm sanctuary—quieter, healthier, and easier to care for.

We officially opened our doors in Clackamas in 2022, but our story started much earlier. We saw an industry shifting toward automated phone menus, generic subcontractors, and high-pressure sales tactics. We knew local homeowners deserved better. We founded Premier Central Vac to bring genuine, specialized expertise and personalized care back to our neighbors throughout the greater Portland-Vancouver-Salem region. Soon, we’ll be expanding into Central Oregon as well!

CFO and co-owner of Premier Central Vac LLC, where she combines her expertise in business operations and financial management with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. As an owner, Andrea is actively involved in helping ensure every customer receives exceptional service, clear communication, and a positive experience from start to finish.

With a background in accounting, financial planning, and business development, Andrea helps guide the company’s growth while continually improving processes that benefit both customers and the team. She believes that great service is built on trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail, and she is dedicated to helping Premier Central Vac provide reliable solutions and outstanding support to homeowners throughout the Portland metro area.

Glenn Patterson

Co-owner of Premier Central Vac and brings more than 40 years of business leadership, customer service, financial management, and operational improvement experience to the company. Throughout his career, Glenn helped grow a family-owned electrical contracting business from a small regional contractor into one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States.

At Premier Central Vac, Glenn focuses on business strategy, customer experience, financial oversight, and long-term growth initiatives. He works closely with the Premier team to ensure customers receive knowledgeable guidance, responsive service, and high-quality central vacuum solutions.

Glenn is passionate about helping homeowners understand the benefits of central vacuum systems, including improved convenience, cleaner indoor environments, and long-term home value. He is proud to be part of a company dedicated to delivering exceptional service throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Glenn believes that great companies are built through exceptional customer service, continuous improvement, and long-term relationships.

Brent Olsen

Co-owner of Premier Centraal Vac and a fifth-generation Oregonian whose 36-year career spans the residential and commercial construction industries. Raised in Central Oregon and now residing in Clackamas County, Brent possesses a lifetime of local market insight and deep regional roots.

His comprehensive industry expertise includes 15 years in real estate and land development, three years in wholesale lending, and 18 years representing premium luxury and technology products. Throughout his career, Brent has built lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike by delivering high-quality solutions backed by exceptional customer service.

As a lifelong resident, Brent deeply appreciates the natural beauty and unmatched quality of life the Pacific Northwest provides. Outside of his professional endeavors, he feels fortunate to call Oregon home and consistently takes advantage of the region’s diverse outdoor recreational opportunities.
